Pear Ginger Fizz
All the flavors of the season, sweet and tart, with a kick of ginger.
5 ounces lemon lime Extra Sparkling
1-2 soft pears
1 small nub of ginger
juice of one lemon
fresh nutmeg or similar warm spice
Blend pears peeled ginger, maple syrup and lemon juice, 2 ounces of lemon lime Extra Sparkling. Strain through a fine sieve, add 3 ounces of Extra Sparkling. Pour into serving glasses and grate fresh nutmeg on top.
If you want to kick up this winter inspired bevvie, add whiskey!
Even in winter, we need some semblance of summer refreshment. Make it with or without vodka.
6 thin slices cucumber
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
3 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 cup ice, or as needed
1 cup Natureberry Extra Sparkling
2 thin slices cucumber
Muddle 6 cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and hot sauce. Fill shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Fill 2 glasses with fresh ice. Strain vodka mixture into the glasses and top off with club soda. Garnish with remaining cucumber slices.
Spiced Berry Cherry
0.75 ounces syrup (recipe below)
3 ounces gin
6 ounces cranberry juice
3 ounces Black Cherry Extra Sparkling
Combine all ingredients except for soda water. Shake well over ice, and divide into three glasses. Top with soda water and ice.Spiced Simple Syrup
2 cups brown sugar
3 cups water
4 cinnamon sticks
1/2 tablespoon whole cloves
1/2 tablespoon whole allspice
In a small saucepan, combine ingredients. Keep warm on the lowest setting and let steep for up to two hours. Remove from the heat and save in a glass jar.
