Tea Concentrates

Brewed tea leaves are an excellent candidate for post-brew pressing because they have structure. Concentrates made from mashes, on the other hand, don’t lend themself to pressing at all and the stored liquid must be separated out using other means. These tea leaves will be dry as a bone soon, after pressing, and the yield on this batch of tea concentrate will be high.
